IC Fund Privacy Policy

Who provides IC Fund

IC Fund is provided by Infinity Capital Mortgage Management Pty Ltd (ICMM). The app is designed for authorised and eligible users to view investment information, documents, portfolio information and support services. It is not a public trading platform and this privacy notice is not financial product advice.

Information we handle

• Account and identity information, including your name, email address and authenticated account identifier.
• Investor and portfolio information, including investor access status, product holdings, transactions, returns, distribution statements and documents made available to your account.
• Information you choose to provide, such as contact details and expressions of interest submitted through the app, or messages sent to support.
• InvestAI requests, including the question you submit and the limited account or portfolio context needed to answer a portfolio-specific question.
• Device and notification information, such as a Firebase installation identifier and notification token when you enable push notifications after signing in.
• Security information stored on your device. If you enable App Lock, its passcode is protected using Android device security. Biometric data remains with your device and is not sent to IC Fund.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, protect your account, show information you are authorised to access, deliver account documents and notifications, respond to support requests, improve the reliability and security of the service, and meet legal, regulatory, record-keeping and dispute-resolution obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use the app for targeted advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the app. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. These providers include Auth0 for authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging for requested push notifications, infrastructure providers that host the application, and an approved AI service provider when you use InvestAI.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect the security or rights of ICMM or our users, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Service providers may process information in countries where they operate.

Your choices

• You can decline or later disable app notifications in Android system settings.
• You can sign out of the app. This removes the current app session from the device.
• You can contact us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
• Use only information you are authorised to provide in support messages and InvestAI questions. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information through chat.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, authenticated sessions and security monitoring appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, regulatory, security and dispute obligations.

Children

IC Fund is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are not legally able to receive the services made available through your account.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the app or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at this address with a revised effective date. For privacy enquiries or requests, email developer@icmm.com.au and include “IC Fund Privacy” in the subject line.
